We first worked with Krasi several years ago when he remodeled two of our bathrooms. After that experience I told my husband I will never work with another contractor again! Krasi does beautiful work (especially tile), shows up on time, keeps the workspace and surrounding areas clean, is responsive to any and all queries both during the job and afterwards (even when he’s on vacation, and with follow-up questions years later, like how to find a rare light bulb), and is completely trustworthy. He kept us updated on how things were going and also finished all of our projects on time and at or under budget (a rarity in the world of construction). Simply put, he is the best. I have recommended him to several friends and neighbors who love working with him as well.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and main bathroom with the design expertise of Cucina di Cannelora. Lisa Cannelora's Alameda showroom had an incredibly beautiful small bath that I fell in love with, and Krasi was the contractor who brought this very intricately designed room to life. I knew only a perfectionist could lay tile and curve it perfectly into place, and this was the man I wanted to remodel our late 1930's kitchen and bath.
Krasi and his team were amazing! They kept the space neat every night, showed up every day with smiles on their faces and seemed to really enjoy the challenges our tired, old house presented them. Despite some unexpected glitches -- water main leak, corroding plaster in the walls, and the like, Krasi managed to finish our project on time and within the budget we set out. The final results are incredible, so new and fresh and beautiful, but still in keeping with the character or the rest of the house. Krasi is such a gem -- hard working, talented artisan, smart, and of the utmost integrity. You will be so happy with the process and the outcome if you select The Renovation Studio for your next remodel. In fact, we will definitely be calling him back to perk up some other troubled spots in our house.
Oh, and one more thing. Krasi is such a perfectionist that he takes pictures of the walls before and after, so you know where the wiring and studs are.

We hired The Renovation Studio to accomplish a major renovation on the first floor of our Alameda waterside home, including the kitchen, 1/2 bath, family room, dining room and hallways. Krasi accomplished all plumbing and electrical work. Kitchen cabinets, appliances, tilework, fixtures, etc., were all installed to perfection. Krasi is very meticulous and takes great care with his work. Job site was broom clean every evening. Communication with him was exceptional and there were no schedule or cost surprises. He was on the job site every day, swinging a hammer and making decisions. The best part was his willingness to allow us to work on certain projects ourselves. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the results and were very happy with the quality and value of craftsmanship that The Renovation Studio delivered. We could not thank Krasi enough!
